Whether you are new to Custom-Made, making your first piece of custom jewellery, or you are making your first jewellery purchase of any kind, you may have a few questions before getting started.

Below are a few of the most common questions you might have.

How much is my custom piece going to cost?
Unlike other jewelers and jewellery stores, each piece of jewellery we produce starts off as a brand-new idea. Because of that, it’s difficult to know how much a piece is going to cost without knowing a bit more about the idea you have in mind. The easiest way to get an estimate on your piece is to start a consultation with me. With just a bit of information, I can usually provide you with an estimate very quickly. Once we have the finer details, I can offer you a proposal with an exact price.

Where is your jewellery made?
Everything is handmade currently in my studio in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from design sketches to final finish.

Who design your jewellery?
I design all the jewellery from sketch to final design and technical drawings.

What are techniques that you use in jewellery making?
My favorite are wax-carving and sawing techniques.

What techniques you don’t use in your jewellery making?
I don’t use enameling and hand-engraving techniques in my jewellery creations.

Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes! I use recycled metal whenever possible and materials that come from only honest, ethical, and reputable sources.
